Seminar: Black Holes
When a red supergiant star dies (like us, moving into a different stage in life or new chapter in life), its core collapses under its own weight (we may feel heavy, even if the next chapter is amazing and wonderful). This is when a black hole is formed. “Hole” because it traps everything else (like the loss of “freedom” when you become a parent).
The Singularity (the central part of a black hole), which contains the crushed remains of a star.
The "Event Horizon" is the edge of the black hole. What is your own “Event Horizon?” Where it feels no longer possible to escape beyond this point?
Learn about your triggers and develop a management plan.
Seminar: Spaghettification
you feel an intense gravitational pull of a black hole rise when you go near it, stretching like spaghetti.
Is 'spaghettification' happening?
Gain awareness, and develop a plan to 'de-spaghettify'. At MMFG, we don't like 'spirals' either, so let's 'de-spiralised' too.
Technique: The Anywhere Door
Learn mindfulness and meditation techniques that can be customised to your own liking.
The "Anywhere Door" is inspired by Dr. Wong's love for Doraemon gadgets (cartoon). He has a special door that acts as a convenient portal.
Try this mindfulness based technique, to tactically take yourself to your "happy place", transitioning effectively from roles to roles (as a leader, a follower, a parent, a child) anytime, anywhere.
Gain control of the rhythm of your busy life, people in your life, and external factors.
Parents Seminar
Empowering Parents: Help your children Succeed - How to define success? What does science have to offer us? What is helpful and unhelpful for children at different ages?
How to Raise an Independent Child? Important guidelines, evidence-based approach & practical tips!
⚥ Co-Parenting with 18 arms - Mom or dad, enroll with your own partners, or separated couple.
Learn to “Read the Weather” at Home – Differentiate the different types of storms, e.g. Thunderstorms (the smallest), Tropical Cyclones (larger), Tornado (damaging).
Read it wrong? Enter at your own risk.
